PURCHASE

Once we have received an order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address. If we have not sent the order, you can cancel it free of charge. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

PRICES

Prices quoted are excluding shipping. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Packaging costs are included in product and shipping prices.The right to change prices without prior notice is reserved. We reserve the right for any printing errors regarding price, size, design.

SHIPPING

A shipping cost will be added. The shipping cost is subject to change and sometimes discounted. You will see the full shipping cost at checkout. We ship to Sweden and within the EU. For deliveries outside Sweden pls contact catrin@eyeonthejourney.se for more information.

DELIVERIES

Products are sent within 7-15 working days. The package is delivered by PostNord or other carrier to the delivery point.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with delivery information and a tracking number so that you can track the shipment yourself. Once the parcel has arrived at the delivery point, you will receive an SMS notification. Please make sure you enter the correct mobile number to receive SMS notification of your delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible - within 7 days at the latest - by email to catrin@eyeonthejourney.se -  pls with pictures attached.
