PAYMENT OPTIONS / PAYMENT TERMS
We use a payment solution called Stripe. It is one of the world's largest and most widely used payment solutions for online stores. Stripe adheres to the most stringent security requirements in the industry and requires no registration, you pay directly with your payment card.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy after you receive your item. If a frame is ordered for the artwork, it is not included in the return policy, as the item is processed.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible - within 7 days at the latest - by email to catrin@eyeonthejourney.se - pls with pictures attached.
UNCOLLECTED PARCEL
If your parcel arrives at a pick-up point, you will be notified by email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and email address you have provided are correct. If you do not collect your parcel, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 500.
